I grant Kaleido Kaleido (“Kaleido”), and its authorized agents, the irrevocable right and permission to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape my/my child’s name, image, work, performance and activities (collectively “my Photographs ”), and to display, publish or distribute my Photographs for the purpose of promoting and advertising or other related activities in a respectful and professional manner. Kaleido's programs and activities by publications, including but not limited to print materials, online magazines, websites, social media, and presentations and/or broadcasting on television or radio as determined by Kaleido.
Kaleido may edit or annotate my Photographs without restriction, and I waive any right to review or approve the finished copy or use. I waive any right to approve the use of my Photographs now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the us e of my Photographs.
I hereby release Kaleido, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from using my Photographs.
I have read and fully understand the contents and meaning of this Media Consent and Release Form. I am freely and voluntarily signing it.
