Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable. No refunds of the rental fees thereafter will be refunded if canceled 30 days prior to an event or room booking. An administration fees of CAD100 will also be deducted if the booking is for an event, as your cancellation may cause the loss of additional bookings or business. If the full rental payment is not received 30days prior to your event, Kaleido reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund of the deposit.
