Activity liability Waiver and Release

In exchange for participation in the Activity organized by Kaleido, I hereby agree as follows :

1. I acknowledge and understand that participation in the Activity may involve physical exertion and may involve physical and emotional risks, including risks of injury, pain, suffering, illness, or other adverse events, even death. I shall assume all related risks, hazards, and dangers and voluntarily participate in the Activity.

   
   

2. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Kaleido, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence or otherwise of Kaleido, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents during my participation in the Activities. This Release shall bind my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and release of liability, and I agree to its terms. I am aware that I am relinquishing significant rights and I understand that I am assuming the risk of damage from my participation in the Activity. I am freely, knowingly and voluntarily signing this waiver and release of liability.
